Casa Batllo- The Gaudi Tour

I love this house, inspired by the legend of Saint George slaying the dragon. Gaudi is my hero.

On a side note, I missed my flight this past weekend to L.A. due to a broken arm. I am hoping to be healed by Thanksgiving...

Below, me on the roof of the apartment building. Gaudi loved mosaics, and left no smooth surface uncovered! You can see the spine of the dragon and his signature 4 way cross.

La Sagrada Familia- Barcelona

Isn't this place incredible?! This is my favorite of all Gaudi's works, and it is still not finished, even after over 100 years of work! This is the Nativity side and it is made to look like the caves where Christ was born.
